- Shoulder: Measure across the back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other. Make sure the tape is positioned on the top of the shoulders, just below the base of the neck.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring that the tape is parallel to the floor. It's usually best to do this measurement while wearing a well-fitting bra.
Remember to keep the tape snug but not too tight, and to stand naturally with a relaxed posture while taking these measurements.
